Richmond Housing Partnership, in association with the Richmond Borough Council, have recently employed us to carry out a variety of different tasks, including general steam cleaning of carpets and flooring and removal of chewing gum and graffiti.
We also provide a void property clean service for our Local Authority clients and carried out such work for Richmond Housing Partnership. Our void property service involves intensive deep cleaning of carpets, floors and walls, waste removal, kitchen and bathroom scrubbing and de-greasing of woods and other surfaces. This ensures that the house is ready for new tenants to move in.
Working alongside the Local Authorities, we also carry out cleaning of stairwells and this is vitally important for resident security as they will feel far safer walking through a bright and clean stairwell, compared to a dark and dingy one.
As well as Richmond Borough Council, we also have many other Local Authority clients. They include Woking Borough Council, the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames and Arun District Council.
